People often tell me, “Major, I would eat better, but there’s nothing healthy that tastes good in Orlando!” Or, “I would most definitely eat plant based, if I could find food like this!” These statement are always followed by me spewing out a list of places that they never write down! (Slow sigh)

So, enough’s enough, fam. I’ve got you— here’s a go-to list of smoothie, juice, and food shops to try around Orlando with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free offerings that are sure to provide the daily shot of wellness that your body craves.

Note that this isn’t inclusive of every smoothie and juice joint in town, just the ones that I like to vouch for. *All photos are credited to the respective businesses, aside from a few shot by me.
